Red Light Therapy
Red Light & Near Infrared Therapy Sessions (RLT) are about 25 minutes long and include up to 20 minutes of “light time” and a few minutes to undress and re-dress. Be sure to come with clean skin free from lotions or make-up for best penetration of light. This therapy is recommended BEFORE massage but can come either before or after acupuncture. Check out our packages for the best pricing for 2, 3, or 4 sessions per week. There are many reasons to use RLT, each with its own set of best practices and protocols for session frequency and initial set of treatments. Generally, 2-4 sessions per week is recommended for 6-8 weeks, followed by 1-2 sessions per week for maintenance. Ask us how RLT can benefit you!
